Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Wait for Approval

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Safely pack the device in its original packaging including all pens, cables, and nibs, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
